Ataraxiaのキーパーソン、ギタリストでコンポーザーのVittorio Vandelli名義による2004年初ソロアルバム。ヴォーカルには勿論、Ataraxiaの看板ヴォーカリストFrancesca Nicoliが参加しており、事実上のAtaraxiaのアルバムと言っても良いでしょう。サウンド的には、Ataraxiaと比較して、よりエレクトリック色とチェンバー色が強く、曲調もミステリアス且つドラマチックで、プログレに近い印象です（個人的にはこちらの方が好き）。哀愁のメロディ、適度な捻れ具合と程良く毒の入ったサウンドは、まさにヨーロピアン・ゴシック・サウンドの真骨頂。Ataraxiaファンならずとも、プログレファンは是非聴くべし。捨て曲無しの力作。

| ・全体を通して重く鬱な雰囲気のするプログレですが、その雰囲気がまたいいですね。 少しおどろおどろしいボーカルもはまり過ぎぐらいはまっていますし、全体としてはまとまっていながら、個々の曲もそれぞれ味がああり、秀逸だと思います。 |
